"Today I was so impressed by a young man's customer service. My daughter wanted a vest up high and he proceeded to take down every single one in order to find her size . He did so gladly and with zippo attitude and while opening dressing rooms for others. I have received attitude for far less from other stores. She even ended up not getting the vest because they didn't have her size , he maintained his good attitude even though he did all that work for nothing. I wish I would have caught his name so he could get recognition. I really appreciated the good customer service as it is really rare these days . The girl who checked us out was also very pleasant."

"Nice store, decent clothes at a relatively decent price. Unfortunately Tilly’s as a brand doesn’t make pants longer than a 32” inseam. So if you’re any taller than like 5’10 you’re gunna have cold ankles tryna shop here"

"I had a wonderful experience shopping in your store. The associates helped me locate a sneaker. They were so helpful and displayed excellent customer service. (Which is rare nowadays) I will definitely be back to buy more stuff"

"I placed an order for curbside pick up or I had the option to go in the store. I opted to go in to save them the trouble of walking outside of the Lehigh Valkey Mall. The line in the store was extremely long. I asked an associate if she could help me since the order was already paid for!! I was told no I had to wait on line as if I was in-store shopping. I asked for the manager...Vera the manager was EXTREMELY RUDE and condescending towards myself and my husband when I asked to speak to the manager. This is the most unprofessional store I have been to in a very long time. To top it off, Vera had the audacity to walk away from us as we were talking and said "have a nice day" in a sparky voice! I will be calling corporate to follow up on this incident!"

"Last night me and my husband went to Tillys with our four year old daughter, who is very high energy. While my husband tried on clothes the staff and manager interacted with her and allowed her to pretend to work with them. At the end, the manager gave her a keychain for her hard work. BY FAR the best experience I've had shopping, ever. Thank you to the two kind staff and the thoughtful manager! You guys made Aubrey's night! She's still talking about her "job"."
