Reviews
"After moving only a block from the store, we decided to transfer our prescriptions. My husband's prescription was called in at noon but wasnt ready til 3. Thinking the drive thru pick up window would be quick and convenient, we waited almost 9 minutes for someone to finally come over and tell us to wait. We are still waiting in our car. Terrible service. We are now approaching 14 minutes waiting."
"Pharmacy takes days to fill any Rx, each month I have to make separate trips due to the constant delays with filling. Even when nobody is in line, expect to wait at least 20 minutes for service. If there is more than 3 people in line you can expect an hour wait."
"Only issue I had was my husband's meds weren't ready even tho they sent msgs saying it was ready. But Overall wasn't a bad first time there. Nice staff."
"I have been using this Rite Aid location as my pharmacy for approximately 7 years and have been mostly pleased with the customer service however, in the last 2 years it has been increasingly difficult to have my medications refilled in a timely manor especially diabetic medications. Common items are always on back order for weeks at a time. When I attempt to call the store it's next to impossible getting someone from the pharmacy to answer the phone leaving the caller on a never ending loop of the automated machine. No one calls the customer with any update on the back order status leaving the customer slightly panicked if they will have their necessary medications on time. I don't know the underlying cause of this poor customer service from the pharmacy but I hope it is brought to their attention and rectified soon for the sake of their customers who depend on them."
"If you need prescriptions filled, don't bother with this store- they don't care about you having your medication. I understand they are short-staffed; but this is the medical field- be a little more responsible for your customers' health. Details: I requested refills last Friday. It's now the following Wednesday and my prescriptions (as well as my family's scripts) are STILL NOT READY. They were on 'auto refill'...supposedly. I had to manually request the refills last Friday with a "promised" pick up time on Saturday. It's now WEDNESDAY and nothing is filled. They need to pay their techs better so that they want to work there. This is unacceptable. (We're talking about 15 prescriptions between myself and my family- none of which are 'optional'. FYI, Sent a message to Rite Aid corporate customer service and they don't seem to be concerned either."
