"I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers online with the employee at store since they didn't have the sizes and 1 pair came 10 days later and the other says canceled and I got a refund for 3 dollars instead of the amount I paid for the sneakers now customer service is a joke been on the phone waiting for 1 hour still no help and the actual store in whitehall nobody has a clue what's going on even though I have my receipts. I looked at the jd sports reviews and it seems alot of people are going through the same situation they are not getting their refund."
