"Website says they are open 7-4 Monday through Friday. Drove all the way from VA (2 hrs.) to be told they were closed and in no way world they make an exception to let me look at what they offer. The older women was very rude when I showed her what the website said and told me there was two different websites and that I should have looked harder. This could have been a 6000 dollar sale with more to come but now everyone I talk to will now know not to shop here…"

"We were shopping for porcelain tile for our kitchen. Went to a handful of tile places and home improvement stores. Ended up here. Wow. What a great place to buy tile. Great selection of tile and accessories( grout, morter, etc). Several tiles we found were 1/4 the price of the fancy stores and it was all in stock. The sticker on the tile indicates inventory count and price. Matt the sales guy was great. Did all the morter and grout calculations for us too. Very accommodating. He can look up similar colors and styles based on what you like too. Overall great experience.."
