"Searched high and low to find one piece of siding to repair a damaged area of our home. The staff at Robert G. Miller was exceptional and so very helpful! I wish I had the names of the gentlemen that assisted us. Everyone we encountered was great-from the initial phone call, the in-store staff, and at pick-up #5! Highly recommend."
"The Team at R.G. Millers are the best. From initial contact, estimate, and job completion they were very knowledgeable, professional and worked with me to achieve the desired end results. I would highly recommend the R.G. Miller Team. Before/After Pics"
"I stopped in to Robert G. Miller the week of July 4th to discuss work I wanted to have done and to set up getting an estimate. My father and I explained to the woman that was taking the information that I was looking to get an estimate on having a door installed in my garage that leads to my backyard. We explained that there currently isn’t a door or window there to make sure this was something that could be done. The woman advised this was work they do but explained that the contractor would not be in touch with me for approx. 6 weeks to schedule the appointment to get an estimate. Fast forward 9 weeks later – Still no call from the contractor to schedule the estimate. I called today (Sept 7th ) to find out what was going on and spoke with the person who would be scheduling the estimate. All of a sudden he could be out this week, in fact as soon as today. When I explained what I wanted the estimate on – I was now being informed they can’t do this type work. He advised they do not cut through walls. What I was looking for was all explained upfront in detail to the woman taking the information. To say that I’m upset is an understatement – 9 weeks wasted. I do not appreciate being lead to believe that they do this type of work and to find out otherwise is extremely frustrating. Why in the world would a company have someone taking information for work orders that doesn’t know the scope of work their contractor(s) can and can’t do is not professional. Had I not followed up today, I can say with confidence that I probably would not have heard from them. All around bad experience and will not attempt to use them again for future needs."
"We gave a deposit to have garage doors wrapped. They call the night before they wanted to come and left a message to say they were coming the next day. Uh, no, we need more notice than that. You need to coordinate an appointment, not just tell us when you are coming. Access is needed to our garage and we need to be there and we need to plan to be there. So the appointment was rescheduled and we made arrangements to be home on another date. No one showed up to do the work. We waited several hours and then called only to be told no one was coming and no one would be coming until the new year. Why didn't someone call to tell us that??? We decided to cancel the work altogether - too unreliable. We are still waiting for our refund and when we called to inquire about it we were told that WE cancelled on them several times. NOT TRUE AT ALL! Poor customer service. Response from owner is simply not true. If Corey truly said that, it is completely dishonest. We were left a message telling us when they would be coming, the night before. End of story. If you want to play your word against ours, that's on you. Why would I cancel work that we need done if you were reliable?"
"Moved into a new home last summer and a few screens were missing. Was told on phone they would build replacement screens if I brought in a sample. Dropped off the exact screen that we needed copied and was told it would be a few weeks. That wasn’t a problem for us. Now we had 4 windows we couldn’t open for a few weeks because of missing screens. Paid the 160 dollars and waited for a call. After calling 3 weeks later was told screens were ready. They couldn’t even be bothered to call us.The screens did not fit at all. Called and complained and was told I could drop them back off. That was last July. We haven’t heard a single word again. These people don’t care and will just take your money. If you aren’t a contractor or know a lot about what you are doing they will take advantage of you. Went to Home Depot and showed them the screens that were “ Custom “ made and they told me they were made with the cheapest material. Nothing like the sample screen I gave them. This rip off company charged me 50 dollars a screen and they didn’t work at all. They were probably laughing at us when we drove away. Stay away from these people"
