"Yesterday I brought in a real, slightly used leather jacket that I got two years ago. Real leather. They offered me $3 dollars. In return, plates could have sold it for a minimum $60-$80 and I would have taken $25 for it, maybe $20. I couldn't wear it. I told her I didn't understand why you would offer me $3 dollars. She said " you can take it back if you don't want it in which I did" I knew right then something was up. $3 dollars for a real leather jacket, nothing was wrong. I just believe they pick and choose what they buy not by the product but what you look like if you can read between the lines. I would have taken$25. $3 dollars though? My jacket looked better than all the jackets in the store."
"This stores employees have continuously been rude throughout the years, I've been shopping there. It seems like the only person who greats you when you walk in, is the manager if there's one on duty. Some clothes are reasonably priced, some are crazy for used. If you try to sell to them, they will either say the stuff is "not in trend any more" when you bought the item from them 2 wks before or they offer you $26 for 4 party/club dresses only worn once, 2 pair brand new heels, 2 coats with tags on them. I understand that I wouldn't get as much as I paid for the items, but that's ridiculous. The employees don't direct the check out traffic either. People just stand around and try to figure out where the line is, you only know where to look, though, if you've been to the store. These associates need to be properly retrained and the store needs to be cleaned out with clear lines for check out. I've worked in retail for 20+ years and never seen such laziness outside of Walmart. And I'll gladly offer to train the associates in proper customer service if you need the help, since everyone is so short staffed these days. Hope things improve soon. Best of luck."
"They don't give you much for new shoes I took a pair new balance there and only offer 9 dollars so it's not worth the time to sell your items there for them to resale for a higher price .But if you just need some pocket change go for it."
"Went there with my wife to sell some extra clothing we didn't need. Staff were respectful and courteous. Wish there was a little better selection for male clothing though. What they did have in there was mostly polo shirts. Hardly any tee-shirts...a pretty broad range of pants sizes."
