"Dr. Gott performed a life-saving surgery for our cat that other vets told us they were too afraid to perform. She was confident, honest, and professional and we knew he was in good hands. As someone in the healthcare field, I can tell they are genuine here and are doing this job because they love their patients. We have to call them often for our problem child that has one small problem after another, and they treat each problem with as just as much importance and urgency as the next. They have a wonderful team and network to solve anything that comes their way."

"Quality of care has been good, but the upsell here is high. Not pleased at all with recent stay. They don't allow weekend drop off and pick up, which means that they have 4 days of fees locked in for even an average trip. They then require a host of vaccinations and fecal testing at some pretty high rates. I have noticed their fees for even common vaccinations are very high. My two dogs are generally up to date, but needed one influenza vaccine for their boarding rules, a 24hr trip out of town ended up costing $600 when all services were totaled. That was silly and no additional costs were part of the discussion during booking. As vaccines don't instantaneously provide any protection for your dog or others. If price is no object, go for it, but be aware that this is definitely a high cost service."
