"I like this giant eagle bc it's close to me, and they have certain foods I eat that are healthy. Not the prices as they have gotten more expensive!"

"Giant Eagle stores overprice everything. This store has very little in the way of produce, and what they do have is still priced at covid rates. Only time I shop here is when I need very few things that I can get generic brands to save money."

"Convenient location and fresh produce but everything else is mediocre. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, checkout lines are inefficient, and the lighting inside is god awful. Some of the regular staff are very kind but others are blatantly unhelpful. They all seem a bit sad and underpaid. Some small/moderate changes at this location would make a big difference in the customer experience."

"The BEST floral department experience I’ve had in a store. The gentleman (who’s name I didn’t get and wasn’t on my receipt) went above and beyond to create a gorgeous bouquet and wrapped it so beautifully. It was so nice for someone to take the extra step and he made my day! I’ll be back for future flower needs."

"Everything was fine until store security stopped me and said taking pictures inside was illegal and I could be arrested. Never had that happen and my photos have over 9 million views. Oh well. That is why I'm only posting photos of the outside of the place because I don't want to break any laws. Needless to stay, The guy was following me around the entire time after I told him I already deleted the pictures and pretty much stalked me and my mother through the store. Very weird experience at this Giant eagle. I definitely don't think I'll ever go back here in my lifetime. And we'll do everything I can to avoid this place because I don't want to do anything illegal."
