Pelura refused care and prescription medication to my cat after he prescribed a medicine that, orally, gives cats liver failure. They refused to fix their mistake and told me to go to another vet and get a whole another examination. Absolutely outrageous. If you love your animals, do NOT come here."

"Please don’t take your small dogs to Dr Pelura. He is to rough on them. My morkie had an operation there to remove growths on her belly and he almost killed her. She has been suffering ever since. My baby is on her death bed because of him. He and his staff have never called to check on her will being. He is a horse doctor and should stay one. Please if you love your pets stay away from Davidsonville Veterinary. Very expense too."

"Dr. Pelura is awesome!!! All my dogs have liked him. He has a no nonsense approach but takes time to answer our questions. He and his staff were so good to me when I had to have one of my dogs euthanized due to illness. I love the fact that his practice is on his farm, as we get to visit with mini donkies and occasionally his horse. We're all comfortable in his small clinic and our pets get the best care."
