"Pro Bike+ South Hills is a full service bicycle shop with an exceptional sales and service staff. I have worked exclusively with Greg, the sales manager. Recently he consulted and sold me a new set of wheels, HollowGram R-S 50, for my Cannondale Synapse Carbon. Greg has spent time learning my recreational and fitness riding style and suggested the best wheelset for my bicycle and experience. He then did some looking to find availability of the exact wheelset we decided on. Finally, Greg offered a more than fair price for the wheel set, tubeless tires and set up. I cannot be more pleased with the products sold to me coupled with the price-point at which they were offered. "I received excellent customer service from ProBike+ South Hills. When I called the shop to get more info on the bike I wanted, Greg answered all my questions and followed up our conversation by texting pictures of the bike. I drove 4 hours for a test ride. The store was busy when I arrived but Greg and the staff were patient and really helpful. They even offered suggestions on places to eat nearby and the best way to get back home.
