Express

"I work in an industry where I wear predominantly business casual and formal wear. Express fits the bill. For the past two years, Express has been my and my twin brothers' go-to store for incredible deals on fashionable and high-end clothing/accessories. While I do acknowledge that design and fashion is a subjective matter, I can say without question that the Express store in the Robinson Mall is the best consumer shopping experience a person can have in Western PA. The staff treats you like royalty. Namely, the manager and several associates who I have had the good fortune of dealing with. They have always been very helpful, knowledgeable, and exceedingly nice and friendly. Every time my twin brother and I shop there, we walk out with a smile. I cannot recommend this Express location enough, they have exceeded my expectations, and I will be shopping here for a long time to come."

"Tried to make a simple exchange for a different size and ended up wasting 20 minutes of my day for two employees to figure it out. After 20 minutes, still couldn’t figure it out, so I took item and left. You think going to store in person would be much easier than processing online but guess I was wrong."

"Love to shop at this store. Clean, organized, and great selection of clothes. The staff is wonderful! The girls are always so helpful, they make you feel welcome but give you space while you shop. They seem to always have difficulties with their computers, but they go above and beyond to make it right. Prices are a bit steep but the clearance section is always well stocked, I got 2 pairs of jeans for underr $100. This is my new go to for great clothes and service."

"This store is a joke, the only good workers there are two woman named Stephanie and Ava I believe?. The manager is so overbearing and the way she talks to her customers is so fake and not genuine just the fake laugh isn’t gonna get us to buy your stuff. I had an experience with a girl named Rachel too that did greet me but couldn’t take her eyes off her phone otherwise… go to another express. I promise any other one is better then this place"
