"Owner was running one of the checkout counters today. I usually love Ross and don’t mind the “organized chaos”. I find it part of the charm like finding something in piles of assorted stuff. Today he was so grumpy and rude, shouting out orders like a dictator to other cashiers. The employees all looked unhappy aside from the lady at the far end of the store in the fitting rooms, obviously due to the grumpy boss. Hey, smile Big Boss, it is the holiday season. Your store is full of shoppers. Be a good example to your employees and be their cheer leader instead of being the source of the absence of their smiles. Peace out! I shopped and got a lot of stuff today by the way."

"Five stars for their prices. They really are discounted. I didn’t buy anything the day I stopped by recently, since I was short on time that day and had to be somewhere else. I arrived right after they opened and the store was neat and tidy. This store is a further from my house, I have a Ross closer. Same as others, if I see a Ross I try to stop in no matter what the location. This store has a lot of shoes, it seems more than at other Ross stores. If you like a good bargain, I recommend checking out Ross. They have name brands and low prices."
