My dog of course doesn’t enjoy going to the vet, but the techs and doctors are all so good to her that she leaves feeling loved and happier. The staff is really understanding of Pet Parent anxiety, and go above and beyond to make every visit a pleasant experience."

"We have been taking our 2 cats here past 5 years or so. This place is good but some things can improve. It's more administrative than the actual vet. We had our cats full mouth extraction recently there were some bumps while she was in recovery but the vet called to offer their expertise multiple times in anything we needed. Not only it's more than a nice gesture but also it shows they care. Definitely recommend!!!"

"Absolutely LOVE the GVC Team -- Dr. Romero is just lovely and the entire team made my and Georgie's (my dog) first visit a wonderful experience - I think I was more nervous than he was! :) Their Receptionists and Veterinary Assistant/Technician's have amazing manners and truly took the time to answer all my questions in a timely manner, both via regular e-mail and telephone. "Over the course of four years, I placed my trust in Germantown Veterinary Clinic for the care of both my cats and dog. I write this review with profound disappointment. One of my cats consistently displayed disturbing symptoms: frequent urination around the house with evident traces of blood. I consulted with this clinic multiple times and consistently received dismissive diagnoses, mentioning minor bacterial infections and attributing the problematic behavior to anxiety. Despite multiple visits, further in-depth tests were never suggested. Instead, they hastily prescribed Fluoxetine for my cat, claiming it would alleviate his so-called 'anxiety.' Months passed, and the condition worsened. The turning point came when I sought a second opinion. It took just two visits and a few tests at a different veterinary clinic to diagnose my cat with a kidney stone. He has since undergone surgery and is showing promising signs of recovery. It's distressing to think of the prolonged suffering my cat endured due to the lackluster approach of Germantown Veterinary Clinic. It raises the question: how many more pets are being misdiagnosed or given inadequate care? I sincerely hope no one else has to witness their beloved pet suffer due to such negligence."

"I can't say enough good things about this place. EVERY single time we come in for the past several years, we've had an amazing, professional, caring experience with my super senior kitty. We started coming here for annual checkups a few years back, and during this time I've gotten to know the staff very well. As my kitty's health is starting to slowly decline, and we are coming in more often, it's been extremely comforting to come to a place where we feel well taken care of and really look forward to seeing all staff members. I can't imagine going anywhere else for the quality of care we've received throughout the years. Absolute superior professionalism, caring, polite, always a pleasure to see them. We are always in good hands, I would highly recommend this place."
