"I recently visited the Walmart supercenter and had a positive experience overall. The store had a wide selection of products at affordable prices, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. I appreciated the convenience of being able to find everything I needed in one place. However, the checkout lines were quite long, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, I would recommend the Walmart supercenter for its affordability, product variety, and helpful staff."

"Came to pick up an order today for a 9-10am pick up time. Place the order yesterday at 1pm. Came this morning at 10 and spoke to the manager in pick up about the order. She brushed me off and as I was polite she was extremely dismissive. I waited an hour and 45 minutes for the order. When it was bout out the cold food was no longer cold. The can foods were not even bagged. I paid over $500 for this pick up to have less than $1 service. I know no one will care or the manager that was dismissive will not either. I just wanted someone that might care to read. Thank you"

"Poor customer service! Went here last Saturday to buy formula milk for my daughter. I asked 4 associates to help me find the person who can unlock the cabinet where it’s being kept. 4 associates, nobody even tried to call the person incharge who knows who have the key of this stupid locked cabinet for formula milk. Good thing Target is just on the other side, grab, paid and go…"

"Worst experience ever. I ordered the grocery’s at 8:30 AM and was notified my order was ready at 6 PM. I sat in the parking lot for an hour and a half. At one hour I walked up to customer service and told them this is an issue and they told me they are short staffed and that I need to wait. I told the idiot that he should find a solution or help out the curbside staff as there where 9 people in customer service as employees. He told me to wait further. I had no choice. No way to cancel the order. To wait almost 12 hours from putting in the order to receiving it… embarrassing for a company. I will never be shopping here again based on the experience and how I was treated. It should be noted I was one of 26 different cars waiting and having this same issue. Clearly there was a systemic problem that the management or support staff had no interest in addressing."
