"Slow service. Even if you make an appointment ahead of time on their website, the staff runs at their own pace. For example for a 2:30 pm appointment for a vaccine, I wasn’t helped till 2:55 pm. Makes having an appointment pointless."
"Switched to this CVS after multiple HORRIBLE experiences at the CVS on Wisteria. They consistently answer the phone in less than 10 minutes and I’ve only had friendly, helpful staff at this location. I’ve also had them go above and beyond on more than occasion to make sure I can get the prescription I need when I need it. Their hours are slightly less than other CVS stores but the experience is worth less hours. If you’ve had bad experience at other CVS stores, GO HERE!"
"Very rude staff and takes hours to just give pickup medication. The lady (pharmacist)in glasses is very very rude (Unknowligible and useless) This kind of person should be fired from her job. The front people are worst, don't care about the patients. Every single person in line were complaining about them. HORRIBLE"
"They don't care about the concern of the patient, the pharmacist seems NOT knowledgeable about the medication and NOT responsive. The Front Girl is rude and dishonest Terrible pharmacy. They barely answer the phone and when they do they are always rude and dismissive. Meds are never ready when you are notified that they are. They cannot tell you when meds will arrive after ordering for ones that are not in stock. They tell you that the medicine not in stock 99% of the time."
