"First Bike fit after 6 years of cycling. When Jason means thorough… he means it! I would expect nothing less from a PT. After talking about my goals on the bike, a history taken to include experience on the bike and any aches, pains, limitations and concerns, physical exam followed. Jason measured different lengths of the body, ranges of motion of various joints utilized in cycling even the feet were thoroughly examined for proper function. Then I was up on the trainer and my bike to take laser measurements once Jason measured various seat, reach and handlebar positions. Once complete it was on to the SICI bike fit machine! Here we replicated my bike measurements then fine tuned them. No more slipping or discomfort in the saddle. My center on gravity was properly brought back over the bottom bracket when gave me greater balance and feel. Handle bar reach was shortened which took stress off my back and gave me even more power over the pedals! Lastly we addressed my clear position and dialed in my left shoe giving me much more even pressure across the pedal! Then it was back on my bike once those measurements were brought over from the SICI and applied. After a bit of fine tuning it was time to adjust my hand comfort to include brake/shifter reach! BEST 3 hours I’ve spent on/around a bike to help achieve my goals! A stock bike or upgrades will only get you so far, especially if you’re out of position. Highly recommend Jason to give you your best shot at cycling nirvana!"
