Wendy's

"This place has become such a joke in the last year. Everytime we get food there it's always something, the staff taking the order is rude as heck, comes off like you're bothering them, then they still get your order wrong. Even if u do a mobile order and its literally in print for them. The food is cold or they forgot something. Even the one "manager" is rude. They are constantly goofing off like their job is some party and you, the customer has come to ruin their fun time and that's exactly how they make you feel. One time I went during the holiday season. Ordered 4 medium pumpkin frostys when they handed them to me they were super tiny. I asked are these medium? They said yes, I said they don't look like mediums. They assured me they were. Got home and can clearly see the S marked on the container, I did a survey and explained the terrible experience and some lady was very nice left me a vm apologizing and put my name down for 4 free frostys. Several weeks later when I went back to get them some other "manager" was acting like I had made this whole story up. Thankfully I still had the voice-mail from the lady saying I'm putting you down for 4 free frostys. I literally had to play him the voice-mail. One of their rude workers Mikyala or something literally asked me at the drive thru if she could hit my vape. I was like what?!?! Absolutely not. Gross and unprofessional. Just picked up a mobile order, food is cold, food is missing. This whole crew needs replaced. The only worker there who is decent and nice is an older guy with really long hair."

"Went here for lunch. Got 2 meals and when we received our food the fries were old and cold. The sandwiches were soggy and barely warm. When I called the women on the phone told me there's no way my food was cold because they temp the food. My sandwich was 92 degrees there is no way it lost 73° in the 5 minute drive home."

"Wendy's 2 for $3 breakfast are really good. Prefer their seasoned potatoes over McDonald's hash browns any day. Have way more flavor. Also the breakfast biscuits are good. Even have caramel iced coffee now. My favorite."

"Slow service, old ff, cold burgers. Never go there. The order taker/ cashier was RUDE! Staff needs to get a lot of additional training. Never ever going back there. Wendy's is Ashtabula is just as bad. I told them no pickles, as I am allergic to dill. Guess what, they put the damn pickles on my sandwich, even picking the pickles off the pickle juice was still there and I ended up with a big migraine headache because of it"
