"Do not speak to the assistant manager. She said her name is Brandy. She is terrible with customer service. I can't believe, that someone like this ,in a small town, helps run this store, especially with very little knowledge how a business is run. I have been buying parts for decades and never been spoken like this by any other employee. Very unprofessional. If you need to speak to management, wait for the store manager. When there's a bad leader, the rest will follow."

"Before today, I would have given the Girard store a five star rating. I've always had great service. Today I went in to get my battery tested via the free diagnostic services I have used in the past. The lady behind the counter looked at me like I was crazy and said oh no, we don't do that here - you can check O'Reilly's, they might. I thought it was strange they stopped offering the service so I looked it up on the website and Girard is listed as a location that still offers free battery alternator and starter testing. Lost a customer today."
"The rudest nasty women works at the counter. She has no sense of customer service or decency. I do not recommend having HER help you. Not friendly or helpful at all."
