"I just wanted to say that the team members and the store manager on 10/30/21 was more than phenomenal I had never been to a Zumiez and they greeted us right away and the associates were able to handle my shoe needed since I’m not an avid shoe shopper and got me exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier I hope that they get to see it in their paycheck or just a genuine pat on the back from some higher-ups in the district"

"I happen to be a 20 - something black woman. I went to the store yesterday with a friend to look at the shoe and hoodie selection. When we walked into the store the male clerk was having a conversation with someone who was obviously a friend. We weren't greeted, nor were we acknowledged in any way. Approximately five minutes later a middle-aged white man came into the store and the reception was completely different. The conversation was stopped, he was greeted, and he was offered help. None of which was offered to either my friend or myself. I will never shop here again because the ignorance that was displayed left a sour taste in my mouth. I will tell any and every minority that I encounter that the Robinson Mall Zumiez is not a store for everyone, and that their money can be better spent elsewhere."

"There was a really hot man working there. He was super nice and told us all of the deals, but I don’t want the deals, I want his phone number. He was wearing a baseball cap, tee shirt, vans, and some cacki shorts. He had very nice legs, dirty blonde swoopy hair, and very pretty eyes. My over all experience was amazing. He made my day."
