"Fantastic clothes selection. The men's clothes were great too. Some of the items had the original tags, never worn. The winter coat options seemed too good to be true. I got a great heavy coat for $17! I have recommended the place. The staff is nice too."

"I absolutely adore Frugalista -- it is hands down my favorite thrift store in the city!! I am a regular here, and visit about once a week on my lunch break. They always have new finds in store. Items are always in great condition -- never any rips or stains, and pricing is more than fair! A few favorite finds: A pair of Stuart Weitzman boots, A pair of Via Spiga boots, vintage Lancel bag, a gorgeous BCBG 100% silk dress, a vintage DNKY skirt, and multiple pairs of Levis 501s! The only items priced over $10 were jeans. The best part is that the staff here are so kind and welcoming :)"

"The store is very nicely organized and the staff acknowledged me when I walked in. The prices are a bit on the higher side for a thrift store, but this is DC after all! The clothing and shoes were typical clothing you'd find at a chain store and in relatively good condition. If you need something affordable for work or an interview this would definitely be a place to check out. But if you're looking for something unique or cool to add to your closet, I'd try elsewhere."
