"We were in search of a small sofa bed that came highly rated and had the pleasure of working with the lovely Ruthchama Jean-Baptiste who patiently directed us to designs suitable for our space, before we settled on the Briar Sleeper Sofa in the Banks Oatmeal fabric. The ordering process was seamless and the men handling the delivery were careful, professional and quick. Now plans are underway to decorate the rest of the room and a matching ottoman from Joybird is the logical next step!"

"Received my couch and the color is beautiful but the delivery guys that put it together, didn't do it properly and the pieces keep separating. I'm disabled and cannot fix it. I reached out to customer service and waiting to hear back but so far disappointed, sectionals shouldn't come apart every time you move, and also the cushion on the ottoman is not attached and moves every time you touch it."

"I love my couches! They are beautiful and perfect for our home designs. The Holt sectional is so soft, beautiful and comfortable! It's a beautiful addition to our family room. I love the depth of the seats, the color, and how soft it is. We have to stop falling asleep on it, though, because I want it to last forever and ever. It's almost addictive to sit on, which quickly pulls us to a deep sleep. Our Elliot sofa is ideal for our living room with a modern cabin, Afrocentric theme. Salesperson Shaquana from the DC office was a joy to work with. She kept us informed every step of the way."

"Purchased a Bryant Sofa from here ~1 year ago. Pros: it is comfortable and very large, can fit a lot of people comfortably. Cons: couches are extremely overpriced. Fabric pulls and ages extremely easily. cushions are not filled all the way and look cheap and worn if you do not constantly fluff them. Absolutely not worth the price. The middle seat and ottoman in the photo were purchased ~4 months after the two end pieces after we moved into a larger apartment. As you can see, the filling in the cushions does NOT hold up to normal use. The hardware holding together the modular pieces is so weak we had to purchase and install additional support so the pieces do not slide apart when you sit down. an incredible disappointment for an over $5,000 piece of furniture. PET WARRANTY IS A SCAM. If you purchase, be warned: they will ONLY cover STAINS, NOT ODORS... for anyone with pets, you will know the stains are the easy thing to remove but getting the odors out require assistance. I purchased the plan to protect the couch in case my elderly cat had an accident on it and unbeknownst to me, they will not offer any services or assistance if the couch still smells after the "stains are cleaned" BUYER BEWARE. Please do you research (ie read all the poor reviews on google even on joybird website and notice the trends about horrible customer service, substandard quality of construction and ridiculous pricing). please save yourself and spend your $$$ elsewhere"

"Amazing experience from the sales designer customer service and help from Ruth Jean. She was very helpful and made the shopping experience seamless and easy. The couch delivery service was outstanding as well. Seamless and easy. The fabric and quality we love! We chose Terra Rose which is a beautiful color and fabric so plush and soft too! Pet friendly the hair doesn’t stick to it :) The couch is the best purchase we made when finding the right couch. The whole family enjoys and loves it. Thank you!"
