"Have been several times for workshops and always had a pleasant experience! Front desk staff are very nice and the facility is clean and modern. The workshops I took were very reasonably priced and they had a wide variety. Especially enjoyed the sound bath with floating acupuncture, would definitely return in the future for other classes."
"This is my go to spa. I absolutely love their customer service, and I always feel so pampered. You can not go wrong picking any of their services. My husband and I loved our couple massage, and I enjoyed my facial with my daughter."
"What a waste of money. My friend and I came here to celebrate our 50th birthdays. The ‘healing waters’ are pathetic. A lame small rectangular pool that was nowhere near the temp they suggest. The towels they give you are not long enough to cover the plastic lounge chairs and you only get one towel. The hot tub was crowded with non spa guests - apparently they sell memberships that can’t be very expensive based on the clientele. The rain shower was broken. There was nothing relaxing about it. It felt like I was at the pool at a 3-star chain hotel! Only the very basic amenities in the locker room - not spa like at all. The lounge area was in the shopping area and many people were fully dressed hanging out. Not a relaxing place to sit in your robe. No refreshments. Just tea or water from dispensers. Not even tea bags to choose, and no fruit or any snack. We were told we would get a glass of champagne and a warm brownie. No champagne, and when we checked out, they gave us a cold, hard, prepackaged, brownie. Yuck. My massage was TERRIBLE. I tried to gently steer her to something better but she was awful. The facial was even worse. They don’t even treat your hands! Everywhere else I go they do a warm mitten lotion treatment on your hands during the facial. She asked if I would be OK with a scalp massage, but she didn’t do one even though I had said yes. I suspect she was just on her phone while my face was steamed for 45 minutes. It felt like she was rubbing my face with sandpaper and it was very rough. She even started flicking my cheeks with no warning! Worst facial of my life. I will never return and warn you to stay away. I spent over $400 to be hungry, irritated and physically uncomfortable in my treatments."
"Here is my honest review of the healing waters experience. Pros: -I felt that it was Very Clean. -complimentary water and teas - complimentary cucumber cold face towel. -area was not crowded. -they give you robes that are super plushy and luxe. -eucalyptus steam room was amazing!! -I ultimately felt refreshed -parking is good and you can get a meal out to of Whole Foods when done. Cons: - the guy in the pool area didn’t give me a tour of the water area like he did others or even ask if I needed anything when I was waiting to see an attendant.) this was a big one for me! -dressing area is VERY cramped and dim. It was difficult to know how much makeup I was applying. - $10 up charge for slippers but they were sooo slippery that they were falling off my feet. So bring your own slippers - pool accessories Value(Essentially paying $45 to lounge at the pool for an hour and a half.) but at least you get a fancy robe."
"Beautiful and clean, well-maintained gym. Stunning view of the lake and plenty of space for yoga practice (large room). Heated room had great airflow, not stale like so many other studios. I appreciated the mid-practice adjustments, but was surprised there wasn't a discussion before hands were placed on me."
