He tested my heat pump for defects, after a national company had told me it needed $2,600 in repairs, and that the pump would probably only last another 6 months to a year. The other company pushed hard for me to buy a new one--immediately! DJ assessed quickly that I only needed a defrosting board--that was it, and thus saved me $2,000 in repairs or $10,000 buying a whole new system when mine was only 6 years old. Got a call on Sunday evening and was told they could be there Monday morning to install my new water heater. They showed up when they said they would and everything is now done.
