"The bags at the self service checkout were too small for my large items. An employee noticed this and brought me a larger bag."

"Tianna stated that she can only lift 5lb items and nothing more. Not sure why she is working here. I was dropping off packages for ups as this is a drop off location. Extremely rude employee and maybe look into hiring someone who can lift more than 5lbs as there are items in the store that are heavier I'm sure or not accept packages at this location."

"I just received the BEST customer service from Benjamin and Carrie (Manager). Benjamin went out of his way to phone Carrie when he couldn’t find an item that the CVS website said was in stock. The CVS Lansdowne store couldn’t be bothered to look for it. Thanks so much!"

"I shopped to buy Tide detergent and Fanta Orange soda. I also wanted to purchase a $100 money order. I was told the money order machine was working and I can purchase with cash and not a debit card. I used the ATM near the entry and exit to get cash and pay for my items and money order. I showed my ID per request. There was a young boy about 20 years old and he was watching me at the ATM and the counter. He wore a face mask and gray/white pants. I think the cashier and the boy know each other. I felt very uncomfortable and discriminated. After many years of being a loyal customer, I should not have to feel like that."

"I have to pick up medication every 30 days, i get a 30 day supply of this medication. They refuse to let me pick up these daily perscribed pills even a day before the 30 day mark. Medicade assures me that i can get my meds, medicade tries to call them while on the phone with me showing that dispite me having been in to ask for my meds twice today. They had never even tried to open and fill my meds. This is a regular fight to get them to give me my meds. They refused to help me waving me away from the counter and hung up on my madicade assistant 3 times and never serviced them. Over 40mins she tried to contact them and they wouldnt answer her call. These people are, unhelpful, incompatint and flat out a danger for your health. Never go here. Compleetly worthless."
