"I went to this pharmacy today, and had mediocre service at best. The pharmacist refused to call the drug company for my co-pay card, so I waited twice in line to do this task myself. But the real reason was the shocking behavior of watching the pharmacist flat out LIE to a customer when they expressed shock at the price they were charged. Different pharmacies charge different prices. Telling a customer that a drug, not covered by insurance, is the same price wherever they shop, is a flat out lie and this CVS should be disgraced at mis-leading customers, especially in the middle of a pandemic. Shame on you CVS. Furthermore, shockingly bad behavior that I could hear this entire conversation standing more than 6 feet away. Absolutely no privacy or concern of that regard."
