"There were only two pharmacists when I went to get my flu shot and pick up my prescriptions. The woman was I think German. The other pharmacist was a guy with short dark hair, tan skin. Both were super nice and patient despite the business- I never felt like they were rushing with me. They took their time and were calm. It was pretty busy on Friday morning. It was not was I expected but the friendliness was a pleasant surprise"

"I’ve been using Costco Pharmacy for over 8 years now. Started at Chantilly then moved to Manassas and recently moved to Alexandria so have started using the Mount Vernon location. I’ve always had a wonderful experience and great customer service up until today and I’m so upset with the interaction I’m fuming over it 4 hours later. I am prescribed a controlled substance and have been for the last 10 years and tonight I was given the third degree and basically a “warning” that if it’s too soon to refill they will know because they run checks in all the pharmacy systems. All starting because I was told it would have to be ordered and wouldn’t be ready for three days, no other Costco has taken more than a day so my response was “Really, the other Costco’s have never taken that long.” It’s sad to say but after I pick up this prescription I will continue using the Manassas and Chantilly Costco pharmacies even though the Mount Vernon location is 3 miles from my new home."
"I had to stop there three times to get my medicine, in result I did not get nothing, because staff is slow and unprofessional. Or they are busy, or they going for lunch, or they do not know how to work with insurance. I will never come back again!!! And do not recommend to anyone!"
