"For a character review, I was only able to interact with Steve for a couple of minutes after my son unfortunately had a bit of a panic attack due to his anxiety of new places. The man could have been mad about losing 2 appointments, losing out on part of his morning, but instead he shows all his emotion in an offer to talk and comfort my son.
