"It was a day before Christmas Eve (12/23) I had an appointment I was 10 minutes late. I walked in and the receptionist told me that they will not take me they instead took their next appointment that was there early and after me. In my opinion since Im there on a monthly basis every month they should have made an exception of me being 10 minutes late it was the holidays and traffic was not good. ( I was shocked that they would do this and especially during the Holidays. I have waited plenty of times 20 -30 minutes while they were running late. No customer service skills in an industry where you need to focus on CS . I will not be returning. Ended up getting an appointment same day with a different salon with a an exceptional haircut . so it worked out for me."
