They had a large selection of bikes and when you go to the store, you can try so many options. They were very helpful and even went above and beyond to help us pick a cargo bike with the combination of accessories that we needed. I can't recommend this place enough. We bought a cargo bike and we carry our two kids everywhere we go in the city. A few months later, we had a question and we needed to reach out about the warranty, and they responded right away and took care of us. If you live anywhere in the DMV, this place provides high customer service and with a small fee, they can deliver. Don't overthink it, this is a great place and you need an ebike! It'll change your life."

"Fantastic company, great experience. After trying to ask questions to several different EBike conversion kit companies and getting no answers, I found GoodVibes. Esteban answered all of my questions and made the entire process seamless. He gave me amazing support from beginning to end. I set the kit up on my recumbent bike and was able to install the battery below the seat using top L brackets.
