"Great place to stay and the water is on in the winter full hook ups are available playground laundry matt shower house camp store water park Christmas light display spred out over Manny acres of the park really is a sight to see the gun range noise and route 66 are definitely a noise maker if you don't like noise stay up closer to the office"
"This park would be a favorite if it wasn’t so close to the shooting range. I love how the sites are set up. We are close to other people but we have more privacy. The shooting range really destroys the ambience. I read other reviews where people complained about the same thing and they were not wrong. It is constant and loud. Not sure if we’ll be camping here again."
"Very clean, staff is super friendly and informative, pull through sites where your door will face the woods so you do not feel like sardines with other campers. Gun range nearby but quiet during the week. Would definitely be back if we are in the area again."
"We really tried to enjoy our 6 day stay here but unfortunately we wanted to leave after night one. We felt targeted by ranger Lauren because we were a larger group sharing 2 sites (I definitely don't recommend large families we we only had 9 people total). The bathrooms were really nice, the women's room stays a little moist but both were very clean. The campsites were nice but a little close together (5 of us sitting, talking, and laughing bothered ranger Lauren) You definitely have to be extra cautious about keeping your food up and put away we've never seen so much wildlife while camping it was amazing to see."
