"I stayed at this Residence In. For a month for work and had an outstanding experience! The staff in particular made the difference. Super friendly and welcoming. It is clear the management team is top notch. The attention to detail extends from the reception desk staff, to the cleaning crew and even the young man vacuuming the hallway was always attentive and very missed an opportunity to ask how your stay was going and if there was anything he could do for you. Thank you!"
"Very clean spacious rooms with full kitchen. Comfy beds and delicious hot breakfast. Pool was warm and clean, hot tub was on but jets were being repaired, but we could still go in it, and was happy about that! The hotel staff were very kind and accommodating."
"We stayed here for 2 nights on our trip to sesame place. The hotel is very cute and family friendly. The common areas are great, the pool looked nice and the basketball court was a fun addition. My kids loved it. The shuttle to sesame place was super convenient and helpful. The location is great overall. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for these few things: 1) while the suite we stayed in was spacious and the kitchen was great- overall the room was not clean. The floors had tons of gross stains, I found old gum on the floor by my bed, and there was a hairball from a previous guest on my towel. It just didn’t feel clean. 2) the fridge barely worked. We brought a lot of food with us and nothing stayed that cold. We told the front desk about it but no one ever came to check on it. 3) our toilet didn’t flush. It would randomly flush on its own but the flusher was broken. Again no one came to fix that 4) when asking for more towels the only way we actually got it was by going down to the front desk and waiting for it since no one brought when we called. The front desk lady was very sweet but she was the only one working there so i assume she couldn’t handle all the requests she was getting. Overall I’d probably stay here again (and I hope they’d fix these things I mentioned)!"
"Rooms were beautiful and clean. The workers were so friendly and helpful. The best part of the trip was the sweetest, most helpful, knowledgeable, worker named Lori. When we checked in LORI checked us in with a smile and great friendliness. Then for the next 2 days of our stay LORI was our shuttle driver to Sesame place and what a sweet fun friendly driver. When our day was done Lori was there within 5 min to take us back to the hotel. She met us in our exhaustion with iced cold water and snacks “ what a wonderful surprise “ When you get there be sure to say Hello to Lori. She’s the best :)"
"My vacation and stay here was interrupted by quite a few inconveniences. First, our toilet was not flushing properly, which was quickly resolved. But then, our sink was also leaking. Again, this was quickly resolved, but very inconvenient. The next thing that was extremely annoying was the fact that the clearance from the toilet to the bathroom door was very narrow. Many families visit here, and my toddler needed me very quickly. I left the door ajar. When I got up to get to him, I banged my eye into the door resulting in a split eyebrow and black eye that was very painful for the rest of my vacation. This ruined my stay. I was not going to complain to the manager, but I lost my patience once our groceries were thrown out by the housekeeping staff on check out day. I told her we were leaving in 15 minutes to go to sesame place, and will return for our things just before checkout time. She threw them all away. Over $100 worth of food that we were planning on taking home with us in our cooler. The sales manager was only able to compensate points for our stay. I find this really disagreeable considering everything we went through. I must add that there were some questionable people in the parking lot who would make passes at me every single time I went to our car without my husband. This isn’t the staff’s fault per say, but they should be more diligent about observing who is around the building. Needless to say, I will NOT be staying here again, nor will I recommend this hotel as a family friendly place to anyone I know with children who want to visit Sesame Place with their families. It did not feel family friendly or safe to us at all upon our departure."
