"One of the safest neighborhoods I’ve ever lived. (Lived in Northeast Philadelphia, Levittown, Bristol) The people who live here are all wonderful and it only being a complex of a little over 100 apartments, you get to know everyone really fast. Everyone was extremely welcoming and super sweet to my wife and daughter. It’s less than a 30 second drive to the supermarket, convenient stores, ice cream, pharmacy, and pizza places that are all really good. Couldn’t be happier since I’ve moved here!"

"I lived at Metropolitan Tareyton Estates for one year and for medical reasons I had to move. The property manager Cheri H. is so nice and very attentive. The maintenance men, Alex and Jimmy were absolutely the best. Whenever I had an issue they were always there to help. Even my neighbors were friendly. An overall great place to live!"

"I recently completed a year residency as a tenant at 302 Barclay court. I found the management team comprised of Cheri and Alex to be timely and always positively responsive to my requests re:apartment issues. I only left because I relocated to Annapolis MD. The grounds were always kept clean and tidy. Cheri was always welcoming, informative and pleasant. I originally wanted to reside at Newtown Place. In retrospect I am happy they had no vacancy! As a hospital manager myself I have a comprehension of the complexity and demands of serving the public. I highly recommend Metropolitan Tareyton Estates for this reason."

"This is honestly a very nice place to live with a neighborhood feel rather than a the normal apartment feel. Everyone is very friendly and there is a huge park for kids to play at. Very quiet but the only reason that the apartment complex didn't get a five star from me is due to the property manager. Poorly managed and very slow or none responsive when trying to get ahold of the property manager. Maintenance is great though which is a huge plus!"
