"Worse experience I have ever had at a salon. I was visiting family over the holiday weekend and decided to give them a chance because my nail was starting to break and I wouldn't have time to return to my normal tech. When arriving I told the nail tech I do not like the drill being used on my nails and I would prefer the old polish to be soaked off and for her to use a manual nail filer. The tech immediately caught an attitude and started talking about me in her language. She than took a nail filer and aggressively started to file the nail polish off. While doing this she completely broke the nail I asked her to glue when first arriving. She did not acknowledge what she did nor did she seem to care. When the nail polish was not coming off fast enough, she grew restless and even more impatient. I than asked could she wrap my nails in cotton to let them soak in the acetone because that would be faster. She rudely sucked her teeth and told me that would not be any faster and then started to get up to service a lady getting her pedicure. At this time, I sat there for over an hr waiting to be serviced while she did two pedicures. Once I got ready to leave another nail tech came over and rudely asked what do I want. I told her that I had came to get gel polish. She than looked at my nails and told me they were too thin to get gel polish so I told her I did want anything done. The salon let me leave, however they over charged me $15 dollars just for me to sit there for over an hour and be mistreated. I will never go to this salon again and if you care about quality service and good vibes, this is not the place for you. The staff were very inconsiderate and did not care about how they were treating me. Worse salon experience ever!!!"

"My nails were done by a taller man with glasses. When I told him I did not want acrylic, just my regular nails painted he got an attitude. Never had an issue with getting my real nails painted at any shop. He was rude and did a sloppy job. I had to repeatedly ask him to fix my nails because he kept walking off to the register for me to pay. Never going back to this shop Update: added pictures of my nails. I got them done on 9/5 and this is how they look now 9/11!!! They look the same as the day when I left the shop but I didn’t take pictures that same day. I’ve never had issues with getting gel polish on my real nails."

"The shop as whole is good. BUT the old tall dude with the gray hair and glasses. Awful customer service!!!! Very Nasty!!!!!!!! He takes more smoke breaks then a train!!!! He needs a patch!!! Just leave the customer sitting there. . Plus gets a attitude like he is doing your nails free...Man I'm paying you nothing is free here. If you come here Pick anyone But him!!!!!!!! He needs to go!!! The manager can't even control him he horrible to the staff."
