"Pros: This is the Best Gel Mani and pedi I've ever gotten. I'm from Boston and they dont clean nails like Aspara. They did a great job. Cons: Owner was assaulted by a customer who refused to pay for her service. Myself and several customers called 911, even was on hold for about 15 mins before speaking to someone. The Police took their time to come . Unfortunately the aggressor got away. Vicky my dear leave that area, you did not deserve that."

"I started coming here because of the reviews. I’ve gotten pedicures and my eyebrows waxed at least 5 times. About six weeks ago I came to the salon to get acrylics removed. The lady (who apparently no longer works there) drilled some of my natural nails off. I told her to just stop. Some acrylic pieces were left on my fingers. The lady who must be the owner apologized and removed the rest of the acrylic off. She polished my nails for free. I called back a month later to get the gel removed and she gave me an attitude for expressing my disappointment in her business and believing that she should do it for free. Luckily, she removed them for free but she was clearly unhappy doing it. She rushed it and told me people have their nails messed up all the time when removing acrylics. I expressed to her that her employee damaged my nails to the point where they are now super brittle; scratching or washing my hair isn’t easy. I have to keep polishing my nails because they look horrible. I’ve gotten my nails done before and I’ve never had my natural nail drilled to the point where I was bleeding. My nail tips weren’t as flimsy as paper. If your employee damaged a person’s nails then you owe them a free service! I didn’t get a full manicure when she polished them the first time. So I couldn’t understand why she felt like she was losing a lot of money for polishing my nails and removing them. I have to spend the next couple of months with these nails, waiting for them to grow out. Please don’t respond with lies because if I post pictures of my fingernails you’ll really lose customers. You said the lady doesn’t work there. Okay. I won’t return. I gave two stars because of the wax and pedicure. I’ve had 4 star experiences until that situation."

"I been going here since December 2021 and I go in every 3 weeks faithfully to get my nails done. Vicky make the atmosphere feel good I got drinks offered to me and all. But the real magicians with my nails is Thomas &vicky I leave out of there with a smile on my face every time. 5 star treatment go check them out."

"Had my nails done here two weeks ago and they lasted and still look good. I was impressed by them paying attention to detail to give me the designs I wanted. Definitely returning soon."
