"I’ve been coming to this nail salon for months. And today I decided to come get pampered. I’ve been to many businesses. Before service they ask you what would you like. She didn’t ask anything but the length. My nails was constantly burning because she was packing on acrylic instead of using curved nails. I proceed to talk to my mom about it. The lady puts her stuff away and says she’s not going to finish if I don’t like instead of correcting the issue. Then she decided to finish but didn’t do the other hand the same way. I’m not sure if she’s the owner but the lady at the first chair short hair cut I wouldn’t recommend going to her unless you just simply don’t care."

"These people are very disorganized. I made an appointment 3 weeks ago for Gel filling for 2 people and it was supposed to be at 12:30pm. Still at 1:00pm they did not provide there services. They told me I had to wait, the technician wanted to do my daughters nails first and then she will take me. She will take one hour with each of us, which means I will be getting out of there after 3:00pm. My appointments supposed to be finishing by 1:30pm. That's ridiculous.... If I made appointment I expect to be seen at that specific time. They were 2 technicians in there and with limited English communication, they were suggesting the whole situation was my fault. Very unprofessional and poor management. I do not recommend this place to anyone!"

"Kim is awesome. My nails are always nicely done, and have lasted for 3 weeks or more but I always come for a fill at 2 weeks. She is professional and sweet. They have a large selection of gel polish and service is fast since I always make an appointment. It's a small salon and it's not as nicely decorated at other places that will charge too much for shitty service. I recommend this place to anyone that wants long lasting acrylic nails at a reasonable price."
