"I won’t be back. Julie presents happy when you walk in and angry if errors and services that are missed get addressed. I paid $38.00 + $10.00 tip (made mistake paying and tipping extra before the final product), for pedicure and heel sanding/scraping. She totally missed the back of the heel and lightly got the sides and sole. Her paint job was ok, except you can see the nail ridges under the paint and looked unfinished needing a topcoat. She was good at trimming cuticles and cutting nails, however. When I addressed a couple areas that were rough, uneven, & polish bubbles, etc. Julie she got angry and didn’t want to fix b/c she stated she did a good job and heel was good enough. Next day (today) she fixed, but not w/o a fight and a dose of anxiety. She shook her head and stated that she hated that job, which explained a lot. I was confident and felt good about tipping big, and will continue to do that, while remaining hopeful to receive excellent service somewhere else in the future. Any recommendations?"

"Went along w/ my niece to get her prom nails done but was greatly disappointed with the services, to the point that my niece is crying and embarrassed to show her nails. 1- the set was left in the incorrect shape she wanted a regular square shape but ended up with coffin-shaped nails 2- they are too thick 3 - the lines are not even clean lines 4- polish all over her cuticles. Of course, my niece is not the combative type so she didn't make a peep just cried as soon as we got into the car. For this to be part of her prom experience is simply devastating."

"So sad…. been going here since I was 12 and it used to be so great. Past couple years every time I’ve gone it’s been bad. Tried to give it another chance and it was horrible once again. Made an app with my mom, had to wait 40 mins. Rude. Also For a basic pedicure and acrylics took what felt like 5 hours lol. Completely messed up my moms nails and she has to get them re done, after making us wait hours and being rude. I asked for basic heart designs and they couldn’t do it and then said they could and they look like red circles? Yikes"

"Very clean and staff Very friendly. Prices are really good and responsible. Tina is absolutely the best. Best nail job I've ever had. She was gentle and really paid attention to detail. I definitely will be going back and recommending her and this place."

"I went to go get my nails done with inspo pictures for them and asked for an acrylic fullset. When she did them she did gel acrylics which are more expensive, and did my nails horribly. There was polish all over my hands, the cuticles were messy, the nails weren't the same shape on every finger, and weren't filed down so they were bumpy, the purple was visible over the white design, she told me she could so 3d flowers and when I said that they weren't even she said that happens sometimes and there was residue that wasn't cleaned up. When I asked why she wasn't doing acrylic powder she said its cheaper to refill with gel but she couldn't even hold the acrylic on her brush. I had to ask her to clean up lines, fix the petals, and change the color. I had to pay and leave for 5 minutes anf when I came back I asked fro a refund and they refused and told me to call the police if i wanted to. I then asked her to take them off because they were horrific and she offered to do color powder for me for free but at this point your work is bad and if you can't do half decent nails with gel, I don't want to see what you can do with more comlex types. DO NOT come here. This isn't the first time they have done a terrible job. Save your money and your time."
