"A few days ago I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail shop doing a simple soak off. My nails, a week later, feel so raw and sensitive. I went in with healthy nails under Gel X. I get Gel X (from a different salon I’m so sorry I cheated on for this) because it keeps my nails healthier than acrylic while allowing me to add length. I came here because I had to take my nails off in a rush for an event. The nail tech I saw refused to take her time to do the service properly, and instead ripped the glue from each of my nails. One pic is from fresh out the salon and the other is from a few hours after the event I attended. On top of that, they charged me for a full manicure, soak off, and tried to charge me for a buff. Save your time, money, and nails"
