"I got SNS done here. The woman was so aggressive with my nails the entire time. Every finger has one cut, if not more, around my nail. My fingers hurt so much the day after. She was talking to someone in the back of the room the entire appointment and would stop to turn around and talk while I sat there. She also kept sniffing up snot and sometimes even wiping her nose on her shirt. Not a relaxing experience at all. I paid for the service with a card but handed her a tip in cash (not even sure why I tipped..) and she just walked away, counting the money without saying thanks. The only reason I didn't give one star is because the nails look decent."

"My gel nails usually last two weeks. Except when I have them done here. I get my nails done every two weeks because I am horrible at polishing my own. This time, at this place, my nails and cuticles were both polished, which causes chipping from the cuticle downward, early on. This was happening by day two. My cuticles look crusty as a result of poor cleanup as well. It has not been a week, as of now, and here they are. Be careful. Gel nails are not cheap."
