Pocono Mountains Hotel and Spa

"Absolutely terrible, me and my girlfriend decided to get away and enjoy the poconos for a weekend. When we got there we were immediately told that we were early until they checked their paperwork and saw that we were right on time. He spent 10 mins looking for a set of keys that don’t even lock the door. And then he showed us the rooms made some very uncomfortable sex jokes. While showing us the deluxe suite the smoke detector was going off the bed was on the floor. And the hot tub I spent 300$ on was an inflatable 120$ hot tub off of Amazon. The room was disgusting and the service was even worst. I don’t know how the owner is keeping the place running still but it needs checked out by someone because it is utterly disgusting unwelcoming and unacceptable in every way for its price."

"We had an unexpected Delay/layover for our work and needed a place to stay that was also Pet Friendly. We're glad this place was available on such short notice and at a good Rate. After looking over "Reviews" we were skeptical, but when we arrived, We were Satisfied that the "Reviews" were far from the Truth they had spoken. This place is a Gem. It's Old Dated, that's what makes it Unique, that makes it a Good Feel of like Grandma's place not submerged in The World of Chaos and Ungrateful High Tipped People. It's Clean, Quiet, Peaceful and Cozy. The Owners are Very Friendly and Welcoming. If you want HIGH TECH CHAOS BLEACH FEST GO TO A $500 HOTEL where you're never out of touch with Chemicals, CHAOS, Cell Services,..ETC. Be at HIGH RISK of getting Bugs/Illness..etc. The one's whom appreciate "Time" away from CHAOS will Enjoy this Tucked in the Mountain Gem. Thank you to the Owners for Keeping it Available for people to Appreciate and have a place to Go and Relax!!! Will Recommend to others!"

"It's nicely secluded in the Pocono Mountains very comfortable facility the owner of the establishment is great. I enjoyed staying. A bit dated though.. As of February 2023 some improvements have been made. The addition of hot tub suits is a plus . Very relaxing and close to MtAiry Casino , Big Bass Lake, Kalahari water park and the Crossings outlets. All the Pocono attractions very close. This is also a pet-friendly motel .and hot tub suits are available. And a new security lock was added at the main entrance. A good place for bikers to stay at. BBQ grills available outside. Pocono mountains are a nice riding area."

"I love coming here with my family to relax and be in a quiet environment. The owner and the people there are so welcoming and very down to earth. The hotel is also very clean and organized with very spacious rooms.I would suggest any families or group of friends to come for a chill and relaxing stay."

"This is one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I appreciated all the personal touches and vintage furnishings. The building is not new, but what’s lacking in new facilities is made up with charm. Comfortable beds, excellent vibe in room with antique furniture and a terrific lobby with books, ping pong, a piano, and many retro decorations. I can’t wait to return in summer. Staff and owner were friendly and the hotel is pet friendly and has a small fitness center and ample patio space. Light refreshments were available in the lobby as well. This is a hidden gem."
