"Firstly, I notice negative reviews regarding appointment times and while you may not always be taken care of right at your appointment time, it’s important to recognize a good business that takes care of ALL of their clients to the same standard across the board. This especially goes for businesses that take walk ins. Recognize that these techs take their time to perfect their craft and art on each and every single customer. I have been to many other places where I am seen right at my appointment time and I’m so disappointed in the result of my service because it was rushed to get to the next appointment. At Serenity, Helen is an over the top perfectionist when it comes to your pedicures and dip manicures. You really notice the effort she put into every single detail and I will always always return to her for these services. Janet is your go to for any and all full sets. Down to the shape, design, color choices and everything in between. She will absolutely blow your expectations out of the water. With all that being said, please be patient with your nail techs at Serenity. It will always be worth the wait."

"Overall friendly and skilled staff but appointment times are not always kept. This might be fine for some clients and is helpful to know when scheduling. Pros - Shop is in a convenient location Janet, amongst others, are excellent nail artists They offer military discount Cons - Prices can be a little high compared to other salons in the area Appointment times aren’t honored. A grace period of 5-10 minutes from time to time is understandable and it would be helpful if they could let clients know when they’re running behind to avoid wasted time. In the three times I’ve visited the salon once I was seen on time, once was 10 minutes past the appointment time, and the most recent I decided to leave at 40 minutes past the appointment time. During the most recent visit, the technician was working on one client at the set appointment time and took a second that had been waiting despite already being 20+ minutes past. As stated above this may be fine for some clients depending on their expectations of appointment times."

"I just moved to the area and am gobsmacked by the amount of nail salons --all within a stone's throw from each other. I've already visited a couple, but so far, I am really happy with Serenity. The prices are fair and the colors they have on hand is a bit overwhelming. The staff isn't pushy, either--such a relief. I'll be back!"
