"The spa has definitely changed. The massage itself was good but felt rushed. I have had a massage from the person that did my massage at another spa and this definitely felt like let me get these people in and out. No offer of neck wrap or anything. I have also been to Robert Andrews before and maybe because it was a Saturday. I would also request that they add a sign that says quiet in the relaxation room. Two ladies were just so loud and talking that I didn’t even stay but 5 minutes. Then walked into the changing room to see naked shadows in the steam room. Please request people to keep towels robes on in there. Just to make it more comfortable for other guest. Overall I like it would go back just needs some little improvements"

"Absolutely worst salon I have ever been to. I get my roots colored faithfully every 4 weeks, I left with an eggplant colored hair after showing them the exact red hair I wanted (as I am a natural redhead, just helped out these days) My appointment was canceled 2 times and my stylist was changed at the time of my appointment with no notice to me at all, I just figured it out when someone named Jack came to get me. I even spoke with the manager before leaving, she assured me she would find out what happened with my appointment and contact me promptly, at this point I have given up on any customer service. Once I decided that I would just cancel my next appointment with them I wasn’t even on the schedule for a service which I made the day I left. I have never encountered such unprofessional service so please read this review twice and consider going elsewhere for hair service."

"I had my first experience here last weekend and it was amazing. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left it was a relaxing experience. Having an appointment for a one hour massage, the staff took the time and showed me the changing area and all the amenities available to me. They then showed me where to wait for my appointment. Comfortable in my robe with a blanket covering me my wait for the actual appointment felt non existent. The staff took me back for my appointment and the masseuse was waiting for me. She took the time to see what type of massage I preferred and asked me about any problem areas. The massage itself was top notch. My body relaxed, joint pain from arthritis non existent. I will definitely will be heading back. The entire staff I had contact with here was amazing. I had a problem with my locker which was all on me…forgot my glasses and must of pushed wrong buttons. Management was very helpful and did not make me feel foolish for screwing up this easy process. I will definitely be back to check out their other services."

"Went here for my birthday gift to myself on September 9 @noon SMH everything went really well UNTIL it was time for my full body massage! Atmosphere great,clean, organized,relaxing. My tech fingers kept cramping up she had to keep stopping and moving her body and fingers in a weird way(felt like she was Dancing) Very strange couldn’t relax because of of this. When the dance party was over I asked Lucia for a neck pillow she stated oh I gotta see if we have any it’s Saturday and busy! Not the response I was looking for. Prior to me going back to the massage room I was having trouble with laying the seat back to relax in the waiting area Lucia came in to call in a client before me and I asked her for help with the seat She stated she had no clue didn’t even come over to help or get assistance for me kinda rude about it. So when it was my turn and she comes in to call me I already had a bad taste about her. Don’t book with Lucia She’s not so friendly Felt like I could’ve did better having my 8 year old do my massage.left the spa unhappy ☹️"
