"BEWARE: AVOID AT ALL COST This place needs to be reported. I went in for a dip manicure and I have never had a more painful experience in my life. The lady doing my nails used the sander to buff off the dip polish and then nicked me at every single pass drawing blood on multiple fingers. Instead of wrapping my nails in foil, the make you soak them in a bag of alcohol. Since she nicked me multiple times that was basically like soaking my hands in fire. When she was filing my nails, she sliced each and every finger with the nail file. It felt like small paper cuts at each swipe. She actually asked me while I was flinching and I told her she is giving me paper cuts. She didn't seem to care. Again, more blood and more pain. I didn't know how to handle the situation and I felt completely trapped there. I won't even go into detail about how she dripped hot wax into my $3,000 wig after I told her to be careful. This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I cried all the way home. I also reached out to the salon 3 times and sent pictures and no one bothered to respond to me. This was seriously a horrible experience and I would warn anyone not to step a foot in their door."

"I normally never have bad experiences with this salon, I go once in a blue moon to get my nails done to relax and treat my myself. Saturday I came here with my friend as a walk in to get gel manicure and pedicure. We waited which is fine and then we got called back to get our nails done and my nail technician went so fast on my nails I didn’t really feel like I had a chance to sit back and relax like I wanted to. By the time he finished my friend’s nail tech had just started and I had to wait around for a few hours bc the nail tech took her time like mine was supposed to. My friend and I realized halfway through her pedicure that she got a hot towel and scrub, that I never received mine. We both asked for the same service and I didn’t get the same treatment. I’m super disappointed in the nail technician who did my service. I work 8 plus hours on my feet I’m a paying customer I never treat myself but when I do I want to relax not get rushed through"

"Only had a pedicure. Professional and courteous staff. Nail technicians were accommodating and thorough. Didn't feel rushed. The area for the VIP pedicure was nice. Having a built-in leg rest... muwahh! Loved the jelly!! Will definitely return"

"I came here because I got a gift card from my cousin. I made an appointment and they took me back right away. I got a pedicure with gel polish and a full set with tips, both french manicure. I went online prior to going to the salon so I knew exactly how much I'd be spending. The lady doing my hands and feet was very friendly and conversational. However, her work on my nails wasn't that great. She started with the pedicure and there was no soap or soaking solution put into the water. Even with a new liner put in, the bottom of the basin felt gritty, like dirt was in there. She then clipped and filed my nails. I could tell she was filing my big toe nail crooked, which in turn made my white french manicure on that toe look crooked, as well. What struck me as odd is that she didn't do any of the other services, like a scrub, hot towels, massage, etc., until AFTER she painted my nails! In all my years of getting pedicures, that has never happened! Overall, my toes don't look TOO bad. We then moved on to my finger nails. She used SNS, which I've gotten done in the past, however, she seemed unsure of herself. The process of using SNS for a french manicure, unfortunately, provides you with a very lumpy and bubbly mani! It took far too long to have such a simple nail and I am not pleased at all with how they turned out. I could see if I asked for elaborate designs beyond her abilities, but a simple french tip shouldn't have turned out the way it did for me. She also didn't clean any of the after product from under my nails. I had the powder stuck under every nail. My cuticles looked worse AFTER the manicure than before I walked through their door. I've gotten far too many manicures in the past and this was, by far, the worst one I received. When they told me my total, it was higher than what it should have been. I asked for an itemized receipt and I noticed they charged me more for my pedicure than advertised online. The guy at the register just shrugged and said the price is different in the brochure. I told him there was no way for me to see a brochure inside of the salon if I had never even been there before. New clients only have the salon's website to go off of, and if they aren't going to update their site, they should honor that price! He just stared at me and provided no help. I paid and told him that someone needed to update their website so the next person who visits it knows their actual pricing. I'm giving 2 stars because the lady was really nice and friendly, but I didn't like anything else about my visit!!"
