"I have been to many salons and I have family in the industry to help validate my high rating for this salon. Firstly it reminds me of how a spa/salon should be - a relaxing and special treat. From my first appointment it has been just that. The technicians all appear to want to support and accommodate your needs. I have not experienced loud conversation across the salon with technicians on the phone while providing services. Kathy has turned into my regular... fast but EFFICIENT! This is my go-to place for relaxation and wonderful Mani-Pedi!"
"Great service, and beautiful designs. This was my second visit and they we're able to re-creating another photo I brought in. I tried dip nails by recommendation and was very pleased. They do a very relaxing message with the service and the salon has a relaxing atmosphere. I will be coming back for sure."
"Lesson learned the hard way. No, acrylic nails and gel nail polish should not be ripped off of your nail. They should have been soaked in acetone, gently removed as much as possible, and then buffed to prevent as much damage as possible. This place literally ripped the gel polish and off my nails and when I asked if it should be soaked or if that was the correct way to take them off I was told yes, she was removing them the correct way. I’ve never had acrylics done before but have had gel polish a million times and I’ve never had them ripped off. I contacted other salons to make sure and was told they soak the nails first, remove as much polish and acrylic as possible and then buff. Someone from this salon did call me back and said I need to request the soaking next time and to let them know if ripping the gel off hurts (I told him my nails were hurrying and it’s sore now around the edges) and he did offer me to come back in to soak and remove the remaining polish off. He was kind and I appreciated him but the two ladies that helped me in the salon, not so much. Will never go again, nor suggest this place to anyone I know."
"I shared with Hannah that I have very sensitive skin on my hands and that they cut easily and she did EVERYTHING to ensure I was at ease and and not feeling any pain or discomfort throughout the manicure/dip powder process. I’ve been to many salons where my requests have been treated as an inconvenience or a nuisance - but not this time! Hannah was absolutely amazing and extremely caring and her level of service was outstanding! She made me feel like a Queen today! Thank you Hannah for treating my hands with utmost care and treating me with kindness and respect."
"Clean, aesthetically pleasing environment I go during the day weekdays so I have never encountered any children in this establishment. Hana is my go I have used others but she gets it right every time I get dipping powder. They are not the salon for bubble nails or anything out of the ordinary. Wide variety of pedicures choices. Manicure station chairs need the cushions replaced I bring a small pillow for personal comfort."
