"Super inconsistent. Sometimes great, other times awful job with nails. Do not come here if you want a relaxing experience- they don't have a "no cell phone policy" so you're almost always hearing someone else's phone conversation, or even better, customers will play "baby shark" at full volume on loop for their infant while they get their nails done and the staff doesn't think that's a problem."

"I have gone to this establishment a few times since its so close to me but everytime I regret it and this is the last time I will ever go to this place. They provide the most mediocre level of service for prices that are the same as much better salons in DC (that I will now go out of my way for as this place sucks). They do uneven nail filing, they rush the service, and provide the worst hand massages after a manicure (if at all). This last time they got nail polish on my hand they did not even bother to try to get off and did not even provide a hand massage after. They clearly only stay in business due to convenience of being in a busy strip. I hope someone opens a nicer nail salon than this shop soon. NEVER AGAIN."

"They always do an amazing job with my nails. I only use gel polish and grow my own nails out. They always shape them beautifully just as if they were acrylics and they put time and attention into their work. I’ve tried to go other places who even charge more and the service feels rushed also my nails never last. My gel polish here can last me up to three weeks with no peeling at all."

"This location has a name change of PG Nails & Spa II. This is their 2nd location near Busboy & Poets on Baltimore Ave. I've been going for years, and Justin does a fantastic job. They offer a multitude services for women, men, children and couples. The also small pet friendly."

"This place is way too pricey. And they try to hustle you into additional service. There is an up charge for EVERYTHING. They move too fast and do not do a thorough job. The woman who did my manicure cut my cuticle — bc she was too busy in conversation with a coworker. I was bleeding everywhere. My hands looked worse than they did when I arrived. Not a good experience. This is consistently the case. I tried to give them another shot; but, I will not be going back."
