"I went for a spa manicure and pedicure. I had a little bit of shellac on my tips that had mainly grown out. The nail tech soaked my whole nail in acetone for over 5 minutes then proceeded to use the machine to file my nail down so close to the nail bed, you could see the blood vessels and just touching them was painful. Then he tried to gaslight me that this was normal and insisted on charging full price, even though he had made me bleed (which he also said was normal). Weeks later and my nails are still painful."

"I went to luxury twice to get my nails done. The first time I went I got white tips with gel. $45. The lady that did my nails did not file them evenly and the gel began to lift around the base of nails within a couple of days. None of my nails were correctly shaped and she hurt my fingers several times while filing. Yesterday I went back for a fill-in thinking if I did not see the same person my experience would be different. IT WAS WORSE. I wanted matte nails that were supposed to be ballerina shaped. She caked on nail polish and it did not even look matte. My nails are not filed right AGAIN even after I pointed it out to her and this fill was $35. Do not go to them!!!! The picture on the top left is what I wanted and the others are what my nails look like. I am so upset, I wouldn't give any stars if I could"
