"I highly recommend! Every time I've gone Ben has gotten me in and out very quick. I love getting my nails done but I hate how long it takes sometimes and some nail techs like additional steps but he is quick and efficient. I've gotten pedicures as well and the female staff are so very friendly and do a great job as well. I know it's not important but they always have great music playing as well. Go see Ben! -You can also get a mimosa, glass of wine or beverage for free while you are being serviced."

"I have come here a dozen times over the past year, and while it has been my preferred local salon, I find that the experience is always very varied depending on your nail tech. Sometimes a manicure takes 25 minutes, and sometimes it takes an hour with a slow and careful nail tech. It's very unpredictable. Tonight I received one of the worst manicures I've ever gotten anywhere -- I arrived at my scheduled appointment time, had to wait 38 minutes before a nail tech was available, my nails weren't filed well and were still rough on the edges when the nail polish was applied, the manicure itself took 45 minutes, and I was in the salon for 1h40min all told, which is the longest a manicure has ever taken me. However, despite this, I do plan on returning to this salon -- I will just never come here when I'm in a rush, and I will try to be more cautious about which nail tech I'm assigned."

"Today I came to Tiki Nails for the first time and I got a Deluxe pedicure and gel mani. My feet have quickly developed rough areas on the back of my heels and I have been going into other local salons to get attention to them but they never focused on them well enough. Now finally I have found a place that not only fixed my feet, but went above and beyond with the service. I cannot speak for the other employees as I have only been here once and was taken care of by the older gentleman. This man went to great lengths to make sure I was relaxed and comfortable. He offered me the charger in his phone when my phone was nearly dead, phone stand to watch a movie, and offered me something to drink twice. Everything I told him I needed he did exactly and was very happy to having no attitude at all. He gave me a great foot massage knowing that my feet have been in pain recently. I don’t know his name but I suggest you wait for the older gentleman to do your nails and give him a good tip because he is very hard working. As for the establishment, it was a bit messy in terms of lots of stuff being on the desks and some of the rags that they use on the costumers may need to be replaced as they have small holes. Clutter does not bug me but I know it can be hard for some people to relax being next to that. My overall experience 10/10!"
