"The nail tech was friendly and helpful. But the job was not great. I got a gel manicure that wasn’t done well and has already peeled and it has only been 3 days. Too expensive for only having it a short time."

"Overpriced for what they do. My boyfriend and I went to get a gel deluxe pedicure I asked if it came with a massage and stuff and she said yes because for one it was $60. But I feel like it was a classic pedicure with just gel, she kept telling me my feet was soft so she didn’t really do anything to my feet except the nails. I didn’t pay you to talk about my feet, I came for a pedicure for a reason. The massage was very basic, to what I’m compared to for a pedicure. Now they are nice, but it’s overpriced for what they will ACTUALLY do"

"I visited this nail salon to enjoy my time, but unfortunately, it will be my first and last visit forever. I don't recommend coming here to this place; instead, I CAUTION everyone to think twice before visiting this place. POOR services, poor communication, and ZERO crisis management! The lady who worked on my nails had accidentally cut my finger skin. I was bleeding, and she tried to cover it up with a red manicure color to mix it with the blood!! I told her to stop and clean the blood. She pretended that nothing happened. When I intended to take a picture of my fingers and the blood, she took my phone away from my hand to stop me from recording the scene. I had a HORRIBLE experience. I came to the salon to enjoy my time; unfortunately, I left it with much pain. Think TWICE before you come here or FIND something else."

"It pains me to write this review because my technician was nice, but her skills are lacking. My nails looked HORRIBLE! I knew I was not going to like them when I saw the shape of my nails. I asked for coffin and she give me…I don’t know what. While she was shaping them I tried to describe how to fix it, and she tried her best but she couldn’t get it right. I let it go at the point. It was too late. Then she applies my gel polish and it’s literally the sloppiest application. The gel was uneven at my cuticle and bumpy overall. I told her to fix it and she gave me a long story about how that’s normal. I been getting my nails done every 3 weeks for over 5 years and I NEVER seen such. I am so mad that I paid and tipped her for such a horrible job. I will NEVER set foot into this salon again!"

"Lovely place. Very nice technician. BUT, terrible end result. Had a full set and a pedicure on Tuesday and by Saturday one had completely snapped off. Today is Monday and yet another snapped clean off at the quick. i should have known something was amiss when she put the top coat on and I went under the lamp only to have it go cloudy within seconds. She pulled my hands out, frantically scraped it off and reapplied another kind of top coat. wasn’t super smooth so i had her do a second coat. That same day the top coat started peeling off. Pedicure likewise chipped immediately and I got gel which normally lasts weeks and weeks. Very disappointed and should have paid more attention to other reviews. If you want a nice chat, by all means go. But if you want nails done right, go someplace else."
