"I trusted this shop as it has high ratings on Google. However my first experience went south! Booked for SNS manicure and arrived early, however, the male stylist seemed rush and impatient. As a result my nails are shaped in an oddly shape. Also, I called out at first the powder are uncleaned as a saw a dust in my thumb during the process. The male stylist told me not to care. Which ins kinda ridiculous. I hope I’m only the rare case as I won’t accept any service provider in this way. For the first timer who would like to try this nail bar, be careful!"

"Left under the impression this place cares more about squeezing more people in than the quality of the procedures themselves. The lady made me feel extremely rushed with both my pedicure and manicure, being very aggressive with cuticle care to the point they were bleeding and the paint job was messy. Skin was carelessly clipped off of my nail causing soreness when walking. Will not go back."

"This is my 3rd time at this nail salon. Two out of three times I’ve found that the nail tech has an attitude. It’s so disappointing. They were always so impatient as I chose a nail color or when they forgot I had extensions on my nails (for removal purposes) they blamed me. They usually do a fine job despite the attitude but today I was not so lucky. Poor job and poor attitude."

"I paid $102 for acrylics and a pedicure plus $30 more dollars for tip. I understand that this is a service job which is why I was very generous. To be honest with you, this establishment is overrated. I had an appointment and when I went there to tell them, it’s like they didn’t have a clue. I felt like my technician rushed my nails and feet. She did a bad job at dipping the powder close to my cuticles, so that way I would come back in a week, rather than two weeks when my nails grow out. This place does not care about its customers, rather it cares about money. I would not come here again. Pricey and not worth it. I can definitely go somewhere for cheaper and they do it 10 times better. I’m very disappointed. Thought I would get what I paid for. No thanks. The pedicure sucked too. Very underwhelming for a “high scale” place.Hope you learn from this because you could have had a repeated customer."
