"This was the worst nail experience I have ever had. The pedicure was ok but the nail tech was rough and got polish all over my feet. The gel manicure was the worst. The nail tech didn't shape my nails and then the polish job was sloppy. My nails look like I did them not like I paid $103 for them to be done. Don't waste your time or your money."

"I had the worst experience and the worst customer service. I came to the shop to give it a chance because it was close to work. The male tech didn't care that he cut all my fingers (yes all) I asked for coffin, and he told me no and he didn't do them. Then he made them look like duck. When I told him I didn't like them he just pawned it off on another nail tech. She was kind she did her best. Was charged full price and they didn't even try to say discount or anything. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! My hands hurt."

"Called over the phone to schedule a nail repair at 3 to m for an appointment i specifically asked if they do trendy designs, the lady responded yes, i get to the nail salon a guy greeted me and asked what i wantS i told him what i want he said they could do it. He had me wait for 15 minutes to tell me i was gonna to have to wait another 15 minutes for servers and that they don’t do designs. Why are these nails salons still in business f they cannot keep up with the trend/ i found this nail salon very unprofessional and will not be back!"

"Not the best. Took 20 minutes literally for him to figure out how to remove a gel pedicure. I didn’t have much to remove, he knew that and told me before hand it would be a $10 up charge. Said never mind I didn’t realize it wasn’t that much and still ended up charging me the extra $. I asked for warm water for my pedicure which was cold. He couldn’t understand the difference between warm and hot. It would’ve been ok if he was friendly and nice. I didn’t tip him much because he was rude and I didn’t get a gel pedicure or polish. He was upset about the tip but at least I tipped you and if you had better customer service experience it would’ve been more like it is in LA where I live."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. This was the worst manicure I've ever gotten in my LIFE. I watched as my manicurist completely forgot steps and then told me he didn't. He forgot to do a base coat. Then almost forgot to do a top coat on one hand and got glitter all over it. I could've have done my nails better. A child could've done my nails better. Not only are they messy and ugly two of my nails totally peeled off after I attempted to get excess dried polish from beneath my nail. And I was charged $56 For what? Your guess is truly as good as mine. The entire time I could tell they were only trying to get as much money as possible out of me as my own nail tech second guessed all my choices and told me my nails wouldn't look good without gel. Well I got gel and they look horrible. They are supposed to last longer but didn't even last 12 hours.."
