"Nails Spa is a nice little mom & pop mani/pedi shop run by Jen and John. The chairs can give you a free back massage while you're getting your mani/pedi if you so desire. The place is clean and neat. It's a pleasant atmosphere. My wife got her big toenails painted by Jen. She's a real artist. I recommend this spa."

"I feel like the hospitality was very good but the quality of the nails isn’t up to my standards. I feel like they need to take classes to refresh their mind because my nails look like I got it done by a 10 year old. They don’t have plastic wrap for the pedicure section and I find that very unsanitary. Tbh I won’t be going back but hey you live and you learn ig."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. My daughter and I went there for a mani pedi done by Jen and John. We were both done in 35 minutes. Their work is very sloppy. There was nail polish all over my toes and huge spaces that were not polished at all. Maybe they are getting older and just can't see anymore, but I paid 70 dollars, plus 10 dollars in tips, for a manicure and pedicure that looked like it was done by an 8 year old. John's work was worse than Jen's; however, Jen's work was also terrible. Maybe she thought since my daughter was only 18, that she didn't have to do as nice of a job. To be brief, it took me two and a half hours to fix our nails when I got home. It's time for these folks to retire."
